12th and 17th century priory listed by the ISMH (12th century framework and 13th century murals). Located 35 km north of Tours, on the edge of the departments of Sarthe and L’Indre et Loire, this historic presbytery offers a peaceful non-isolated living environment in the heart of the village. Ancient moats and a charming washhouse overlooking the river adorn the 5500 m² wooded park.
